Refund Policy

Because every product is a digital download delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or after a download has been initiated.

When we will refund

We’ll happily refund or replace your purchase if:

• The file fails to download and we can’t resolve it within 7 days
• The file is corrupted or materially different from what was advertised
• You were double-charged for the same order

When we won’t refund

• You changed your mind
• You bought the wrong product by mistake
• The product is incompatible with software you didn’t check (e.g., GoodNotes vs Notability)
• You don’t know how to use Notion / Canva / Lightroom — we provide setup guides, not 1-on-1 tutoring

How to request

Email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we’ll almost always sort it out faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed.
