1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from Digitall Downloads (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.

2. Products & license

All products sold are digital goods (Notion templates, PDFs, Canva templates, presets, etc.) delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the product for personal or commercial purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files. You may use them inside your own client work, products, or content.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered instantly via download link after successful payment. If you do not receive your file within 15 minutes, contact support.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.

5. Intellectual property

All product content, branding, and assets are owned by Digitall Downloads. Your purchase grants a license to use, not transfer of ownership.

6. Limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
